"Poor service at the front desk. They did not make up the sofa bed for the third person...haD to make my own bed at night. No shower caps. no extra pillows. Not enough blankets. Food not good."

"The houskeeping department was outstanding! They met our every need whenever requested. They also were understanding when we requested special assistance, late cleaning. This was a difficult time as we were in town for a funeral and we had two babies. The housekeepers worked with us! Many thanks to all of them! Please make sure they are told this as well."
